Approach
My work with individuals and families focuses on supporting your journey toward wellness, balance, and intentionality. I believe that gaining a deeper understanding of ourselves and our relationships provides the opportunity to heal and grow. While this process can be challenging and painful, it can also be enlightening and liberating.
As a licensed psychologist, I approach therapy from a humanistic attachment perspective. In other words, rather than working from a medical model, I believe that humans are innately driven to have satisfying and meaningful lives, and I view psychological challenges and distress as an indirect result of relational disruptions – both early in life and ongoing.
